Products

All products sold are handmade fingerboard ramps and obstacles. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in appearance, color, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Customers ordering from the United States may have their payment converted by their payment provider.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If your order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

Please ensure all shipping and contact information is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping (Canada & USA Only)

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

- Orders are processed within 2-10 business days unless otherwise stated

- Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier

- Tracking will be provided when available

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.

Duties & Taxes (USA Orders)

U.S. customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees depending on their state and order value. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged:

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

- Provide photos of the damage

- We will assess and offer a replacement or refund if applicable

Our products are intended for fingerboard use only. We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or misuse of our products.
