All products are handmade, and slight variations in appearance, texture, or finish are normal. These are not considered defects.

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or issue refunds for valid reasons, such as:

- Item arrives damaged

- Item arrives defective

- Wrong item received

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

- Minor imperfections due to the handmade nature of the product

- Change of mind

- Misuse or normal wear

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

- Include clear photos of the item and packaging

- We will review and offer a replacement or refund if approved

Return Approval Required

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

- If the issue is approved (damage/defect), we will cover or reimburse return shipping

- Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for processing depending on your payment provider.
